Preparation for Adulthood & Careers at Linwood

As part of continuing education, schools must provide impartial information about future options. Here at Linwood, our Independent Advice and Guidance (IAG) Team works with students across all campuses in year 7 and above, along with their families, to help them understand their options when they leave school. This includes educational and social care options as well as work outcomes and destinations.

IAG Plans

Across the Linwood campuses, we strive to provide a comprehensive IAG Plan. The plan provides information to parents and students about future options. Please contact Adele if you would like more information.

How you can support

Linwood welcomes employers and speakers into the school to enhance the career journey of our students. We are currently working with many local employers including JP Morgan, LUSH, Marsham Court Hotel, Tesco and The National Trust. If you think you might be able to offer something to support the Preparation for Adulthood & Careers journey for our students, please contact Adele.

If there are also any parents and carers who would like to support with this, please contact Adele to discuss.
