Club Linwood

Club Linwood is funded by BCP Short Breaks or individual applications from Dorset and Hampshire Social Services. Small grants may be available through private-sector funding.

The provision runs for four evenings a week during term time and eight weeks of the school holidays.

The Admission Criteria for After School and Holiday Clubs are as follows:

EHCP awarded
Age range: Year one – 18th birthday
All behaviour/ care plans/ medical plans/ communication passports to have been passed to Extended Services before commencing clubs
Young people will be visited in their school environment by Amanda Hook (Extended Services Manager) and Lorraine Little (Extended Services Leader)
Extended services team can meet the needs of the young person

School holiday clubs will be held at Linwood or Springwood Campus. You will receive confirmation of location with your acceptance letter.
