Aims & Objectives of Linwood School Charitable Trust
Linwood Charitable Trust is a group of parents, staff and friends of Linwood School and Linwood Post 16 who want to enhance the education and wellbeing of our children and young people, their families and the community. New members are welcome throughout the year.
The Charitable Trust Committee meets at least once every term and holds the AGM during the Autumn Term. The Committee
considers the fundraising and donations received and reports on balances of account and agreed purchases made on behalf of the Trust. A copy of the audited accounts gets sent to the Charity Commission annually. These accounts are shared with the Governing Board and are available here.
Our aim is to support Linwood School and Linwood Post 16, by providing additional resources and specialist equipment, developing outside spaces or funding educational events.
