Venus Class visits Bournemouth Oceanarium

On Friday last week, Venus Class visited the Oceanarium on Bournemouth seafront as part of their learning linked to this term’s topic: Water. They had a wonderful time watching the fish, seeing other life from beneath the waves and meeting the penguins. Their participation in visits in the wider community has been a big part of children’s learning in Venus Class this year so the success of this visit was a significant milestone and achievement. It was a particular joy to sit together with them for a picnic lunch. Thanks to their teacher, Mel and the Venus Class team for all their hard work making this possible.
